Mr. Balca began his career in 2006 as a construction laborer. Through relentless hard work and natural business instincts, he transformed his entry-level field experience into a thriving executive career. A premier industry authority, Mr. Balca completed advanced education in construction business management and law, successfully mastering the rigorous examinations required to achieve 50-state licensing credentials as a General Contractor holding specialized Trade Licenses. Continually advancing his technical expertise, he is currently collaborating with Wilkes Community College in North Carolina to complete his academic pathway toward a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Structural Engineering. Known for building enduring relationships, Mr. Balca remains deeply committed to combining field-tested mastery with cutting-edge engineering principles to deliver exceptional, code-compliant results.
